UPDATE: I discovered a bad scratch down to the metal on my car after arriving home; I don't park next to other cars there and the last place my car was parked was by the valet at this hotel. Knocked off a couple stars for service because that's absolutely unacceptable. So be very wary of their valet, they may be crowding cars or just generally careless with others' property. There wasn't an option to self park when I stayed here and this will keep me from returning or trusting them with anything I own. I didn't have high expectations for a one-night stay at an extended stay hotel, but my experience at this one was exemplary. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and generously-sized, and had an unexpected view of the harbor. Even on new year's eve, it was quiet and I felt safe and had lots of privacy. I will absolutely consider this hotel again on my next visit to Baltimore.

I absolutely loved my stay at Staybridge Suites Baltimore, Inner Harbor. The hotel is beautifully located in the historic Chamber of Commerce building, and the suites felt like a cozy apartment, spacious and clean. The staff was amazing, but I want to give a special shout-out to Ines Jendoubi, who runs the social hour. I first noticed her name tag said “Ines” and had to ask her last name. I’m so glad I did! She made the evenings feel warm and welcoming, greeting each guest personally, offering a wonderful spread of food, appetizers and drinks and even giving excellent recommendations about nearby restaurants and attractions. The location is perfect for walking around the Inner Harbor. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Baltimore.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Great. On out last night the fire alarm started the death beep every 60 seconds. They came very quickly and admitted that they could not access the ladder to fix (did I tell you how beautiful this building is? How high the room ceilings are?). Within minutes they had us another suite and even came to move our bags. Great. Thanks guys!

We had an excellent experience! We only stayed one night, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way apart from a very, very uncomfortable sofa bed mattress. But, the main rooms bed was super comfy and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. We also had really friendly and helpful encounters with all staff. The location is great and within walking distance to the harbor. We had a toddler with us, so did take caution and avoided walking around after dark, as we would in any city’s downtown area, and I think this does apply to this hotel. But, during the day, the location can’t be beat. The valet parking was a very good deal compared to the surrounding parking garage rates, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The whole staff was incredible and the room was clean! Lily was essentially wonderful. We have a 2 year old who makes a mess and came over to help every morning she was there at breakfast to help us! She was very sweet! 5/5!

Gorgeous historic hotel located close to the harbor, power plant, and the main road. Valet was affordable (around $30). If you don’t valet there is parking garages close. The overall hotel is just so pretty, from the elevator to the room. It also is a fully fledged room with a range and fridge which is awesome. The breakfast in the morning was nice. Your typical type of eggs, waffles, cereal, etc but more flavors than usual. Small notes- they will charge you for damaged towels. They are very ADA compliant, and they have noise rules.

As the leader, so the people! I want to recognize Hashem, who I think the General Manager that runs the Inner Harbor Staybridge Suites. He pays attention to minute details (like checking out the free breakfast / social hour food buffets) as well as develops rapport with customers. I come to Baltimore for work a few times a year, and I request my office to book at Staybridge primarily because of how Hashem sets the standard. The staff follows Hashem's example and I have never had a bad experience here. Most recently, this week, I got to stay in the best room (a corner King Suite on the top floor with a view of the Inner Harbor) Hashem made it avaialble for no extra cost. Definitely recommend it for its service, its amenities, its staff, its location and its value.
